| Can I exchange items?
If you wish to exchange an item, simply send it back to us as new. If the price of the new item is higher than the original item you returned, you should pay the balance but please contact our staff prior to returning the gift for exchange. Discounted items cannot be exchanged .
We suggest you make careful selections for clothing before you finalize your order. Please refer to the appropriate size chart information when ordering clothes.
What if my package is damaged or has a manufacturing defect?
All solid products are carefully wrapped with utmost care to ensure a safe delivery to their destination. In the rare event that you encounter goods damage, you may contact our staff for assistance.

N.B. When you ship your goods back, please declare the package value as USD$20 or less. This will help remove any customs tax liabilities on our end when receiving your return items as well as help reducing any delays in processing your returns.
Who pays for shipping exchange or return items back to Ancient Moods?
The Customer will be responsible for shipping their items back to us, whereas we will be responsible for the re-shipping exchange items back to you after receiving returned items. If your exchange item(s) value is bigger than 50% of the original order value, the customer will need to pay for the re-shipping fee.
If the returns caused by wrong shipping address given or unsuccessful delivery due to the absence, customer will pay for the shipping fee for resending.
Can I return the goods for a refund?
Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management.
We allow ALL BUT THE FOLLOWING products to be returnable/refundable:
- Custommade clothings.
- Fabric as non return item
- discounted and bargain selection items
- items purchased over 45 working days
- items damaged by improper cleaning method
In return for refund cases, we will issue you with an immediate full refund of the value of your returned goods less a 10% re-stocking fee. The shipping fee cannot be refunded.
How do I cancel an order?
An order can be cancelled at any time prior to the goods being shipped out. Upon shipment of the goods we will not be able to process your cancellation.
The Custommade order can not be cancelled after the payment made.
How do I track my order?
After placing an order we will notify within 3-4 business days either via e-mail or fax (please ensure that these details are included in your order request). Please keep record of your order number for any future reference.
How do I obtain store credits?
Ancient Moods can offer you dollar credits for item exchanges, reimbursements, etc. One our members of staff will assign you with a personal store credit number which you can use during the checkout section. Upon processing of your order we will do the billing adjustments.
Do you offer store coupons?
Yes we offer store coupons during promotion periods which can be used against discounts, free gifts, free shipping, etc. during the checkout section where you will prompted for a coupon code. Only one coupon can be used per order.

For security we use Paypal and online real-time payment gateway which is one of the leading online payment processing companies in the world. All transactions take place in a secure environment (SSL), and we are not given any of your credit card details, simply a confirmation is given from Paypal that your payment has been authorized.
When using Paypal an account will created for you which can also be used for future transactions. Paypal will also give you a direct confirmation via email confirming the approval of each transaction made with our store.
